Verified purchase: Yes | Condition: Pre-owned ![]() If you're out, then come home and see an unwanted phone number on your Caller ID (no one was home when the call came in to answer this call), simply scroll up or down using the up or down arrows on your Call Blocker till you see that unwanted phone number on the Call Blocker's LED screen, then press the RED button and that unwanted phone number is now added to the Call Blocker and BLOCKED. if it's a BS unwanted call sim ply press # then 2 on your cordless phone, and that BS number now gets added to the many already programmed phone numbers that the Call Blocker has already! You can also BLOCK an unwanted call by pressing the RED "block button" on the Call Blocker. When you receive a call, you'll see the incoming number on your phones Caller ID, I recommend to ANSWER THE CALL. Using the Call Blocker again is easy especially if it's connected to a cordless phone. This hook-up is the SAME for a desk type or cordless phone. main phone line from the rear of your present phone goes into the Call Blocker marked LINE, then black 6" wire (provided) gets plugged from Call Blocker TEL out into your phone where you removed the main wire coming from the wall. Same area code, same exchange so you think you're receiving a "local call", so you answer the phone call only to find out it's a BS unwanted phone call!Įasy to install.
